As our small but mighty Photography Department Production Manager, Flavia oversees the conversion; quality editing and processing of every image (sometimes as many as 4,000 per wedding!) - selecting only the best based on: composition, quality, lighting, facial expressions, scene progression, etc., to be presented as the proofs for review.

She works behind the scenes to make sure our team has the tools to be able to work their magic.

Luisa has the ability to make "friends at first sight" and loves helping people achieve their dreams! With extensive customer service experience, Luisa decided to join our team after a couple of wedding-filled years in which she not only attended upwards of 10 weddings a year but also helped to plan them - all in her spare time!
